Note: To update your credit card or change your plan you will need an active Noipfraud client. If you don't have an active client please contact support via firstname.lastname@example.org using the email you signed up with.
First, login to your Noipfraud Client, and click the Support link in the menu:
This will open a new tab with all the help guides, and subscription information in the sidebar. Then just click the
Manage my Account button:
On the page that is then opened you can:
- Update /change credit card or payment details
- See the current plan
- See the recommended plan based on your 7 day average volume
- Change plans
When you change your plan you can choose to "Renew immediately" or renew at your next renewal date.
If you select "Renew immediately" it may take unto 30 minutes to process and get added to your account. We will always email you when payment has been processed.
