How to get support?
We have 3 places for you to get support:

- For more in-depth technical guides, check the knowledge base in your Noipfraud client.
- If you cant find the information you need, please contact us on chat or email.
How do I install Noipfraud?
When you subscribed we sent you an email with Install instructions and your API key which you need to use the software. If you did not get that email please contact us asap.
How can I reactivate my account?
Drop us an email from your email address that you used when you were a member. We can help you to get signed up again. You won't need to pay the $500 signup fee if you still have access to the email we have on file.
How do I cancel my account?
I am running out of click credits, how do I get more?
When you are about to run out we will email you a link to quickly add more credits. Or you can go to the "Manage my Account" section as explained in the next question, and select "Renew Immediately" option.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my Plan?
Just click the Support link in your Noipfraud client, and then click the "Manage My Account" button. You can upgrade, downgrade and change payment details there. Here is some more information about Changing plans.
Can you help me find my Noipfraud install?
No unfortunately not. We don't know where you installed it. But there are some things you can do to try and find it.
I forgot or need to change my password
As Noipfraud is self hosted we have no information about your password or URL where Noipfraud is hosted. We can help you reset your password.
Do you have a Wordpress plugin?
Yes we do. More information is available in your noipfraud client knowledge base.
